1 General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bd9dev platform, available at bd9dev.net, including all associated services, betting markets, casino products, promotional campaigns, and customer support functions. These Terms are effective from the date you create a bd9dev account or, where an account is not required, from the date of your first interaction with the platform.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open and use a bd9dev account, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bd9dev is an adults-only platform. Gambling by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or restricted. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using bd9dev.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bd9dev or any associated platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person in relation to your bd9dev account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes.

1.2 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

bd9dev operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bd9dev is registered. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

1.3 Amendments to Terms

bd9dev reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the bd9dev.net website. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bd9dev services — including sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, and financial transactions — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as described in Section 1.

2.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and truthfully:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (NID) or passport
• Date of birth (day, month, year)
• Mobile number (must be registered to you personally and capable of receiving bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions)
• A valid email address
• A secure password of your choosing

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd9dev operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, following a deposit above a certain threshold, or where our compliance team identifies a verification requirement:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Driver's licence
• Proof of mobile wallet ownership (screenshot of registered mobile banking app)
• Additional proof of address where required

bd9dev reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved. Verification decisions are made at bd9dev's sole discretion.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active bd9dev account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bd9dev will close all but the oldest account and may, in cases of deliberate abuse, forfeit the balances across all associated accounts.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bd9dev will never ask for your full password via email or live chat. You must notify the support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bd9dev accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd9dev are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved mobile financial services. bd9dev does not accept cash deposits or bank wire transfers at this time.

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on bd9dev:

• bKash — personal wallet only; merchant bKash accounts are not accepted
• Nagad — personal wallet only
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — personal wallet only
• Upay — personal wallet only

The mobile wallet used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the wallet belongs to someone other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate compliance review.

3.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to your account tier and any limits set by your mobile wallet provider
• Deposits are credited to your bd9dev account balance within minutes of a successful mobile transaction

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes for verified accounts during business hours; up to 24 hours during peak periods or where additional verification is required
• bd9dev does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their standard transaction charges

3.4 AML and Source of Funds

bd9dev complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited to your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the matter is resolved.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

bd9dev periodically offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply:

• The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration
• Minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus: ৳500
• The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the combined total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

By placing a wager on bd9dev — whether on a sports event, a casino game, a virtual sports market, or any other product — you agree to the betting rules and conduct standards set out in this section.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

bd9dev reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where: (a) a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) bd9dev has reason to believe the bet was placed using insider information; (c) the event to which the bet relates has already commenced or concluded before the bet was placed; or (d) the bet was placed by a player whose account is under review or suspended.

5.2 Odds and Results

All odds displayed on bd9dev are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are locked. Results are determined based on official match or event outcomes as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, bd9dev's determination shall be final.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place wagers
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing mistakes to place bets at clearly incorrect odds
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including the systematic use of multiple accounts to claim promotional offers
• Any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or use of non-public information relating to an event
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity through the bd9dev platform

5.4 Casino Game Fairness

All casino games available on bd9dev — including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, baccarat, and virtual sports — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied and audited by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Published return-to-player (RTP) figures are provided by the game providers and are available on request. bd9dev does not alter or override game outcomes.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 Suspension by bd9dev

bd9dev reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bd9dev will retain any funds in the account until the investigation is complete. If the account is subsequently closed due to a confirmed breach, bd9dev may forfeit the balance in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

6.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your bd9dev account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more is classified as dormant. bd9dev reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

bd9dev does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or power outages). bd9dev will not be held liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from temporary service unavailability.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games and certain sports data on bd9dev are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While bd9dev takes reasonable steps to ensure the quality and reliability of these services, we do not accept liability for losses arising from technical errors, disconnections, or malfunctions originating within third-party game software.

8.3 Accuracy of Information

bd9dev makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, results, statistics, and promotional information displayed on the platform are accurate. However, in the event of a manifest error — including the publication of clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault — bd9dev reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. bd9dev will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from reliance on erroneous information.

8.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd9dev's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bd9dev in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on bd9dev.net, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd9dev with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and representations — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure by bd9dev to enforce a provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of bd9dev's right to enforce that provision in the future.
